Note:
- Audio Visual Equipment like DVD with LCD TV, slide projector, Laptops, OHP, Hostages, additional security personnel requirement etc. would be provided at additional charges subject to prior intimation at the time of stall booking or two months prior to the event.
- In case of cancellation or withdrawal from participation of the stall by any Exhibitor, the paid amount would be forfeited. Reduction of space may be allowed by the organizers at their discretion and without assigning any reason whether or not to accept any reduction request.
